I scry usually using a black mirror, and that varies from person to person. I have had many scrying experiences from my scrying sessions. And afterwards I usually record what I have seen within the mirror, and also state what I think the session meant. Scrying is very great for astral projection because you build your visual and imaginative mind. And speaking of Astral projection, it requires a lot of that mental training. Which most people slip up on....it is hard for their mind to cope and capture what they have seen/witnessed. Thus, I firmly believe that scrying is a useful and direct divination method.
