When I first started practicing Traditional Satanism,one of my first big questions i ever asked myself was about working with demons "Why would any demon want to help or work with me? What's in it for them. The answer may surprise you. Candles, Attention, gifts all a very good start. But whats most important to them is that you love them.
While this may seem silly at first even a bit corny think about it. What are demons made out of energy what do they need to survive more energy. Love is the strongest of all emotions and therefore produces the most energy. It can make us feel on top of the world or break us like twigs. Therefore there's a lot of energy involved in love. It's just a dumb thought I told myself.
Now, after years and years of being involved in Satanism I believe I was correct more then ever in that answer and I believe firmly that a demon who has any kind of relationship with someone, doesn't expect blood or any other kind of physical offering as much as he or she expects and enjoys the love you feel towards them.
For this reason I believe that the following idea would be one of the best possible offerings someone could give to the demon there working with.
You could do this in a structured ritual setting or you could do this in a less formal setting the choice is up to you. Draw the sigil of the demon you work with and most importantly love and cherish. Place your palm over it so that its in physical contact with the the Demons sigil your working with. Close your eyes and relax. Take a couple deep breathes if needed.
Then pray saying something like this Satan thank you for the joys of darkness and all the wonderful gifts that you have given me I ask you to entreat (demons name) to manifest before me so that I can give him this offering.
Center you thoughts on the demon. The things you have because of your relationship with the Demon and with the positive feelings of love and joy you have for this entity say a invocation written by yourself to invoke the demon.
Now feel and visualize your love for the demon in the form of a stream of energy glowing and flowing out of your hand and into it's sigil. Keep sending the sigil all this love in the form of energy for as long as you can comfortably do so. When your done with this talk to the demon and close with a big Hail Satan!!!
Anyone can offer a Demon blood, even if they didn't particularly care for the Demon or know anything about it but to feel love towards a Demon is something that signifies something deeper,much more stronger,which after all is what is drawing you to this force in the first place your blood will dry up and your body will cease to exist but the feelings of love a human being has towards another are forever.
It will always exist on some plane of existence as will the human spirit.
